 20, 21 …”consistent with patient safety”. This bring ambiguity in interpretation/understanding. Define the phrase! Justification and patient consent overrides issues patient safety. We (staff) do not want to risk to be in courts of law!

 

 23, 24, 25 ….Staff should be informed when a patient may pose a radioactive hazard, and advice and training should be provided. Issues are mixed up! This point was only about provision of necessary medical care! (20, 21). Provide for a standalone point on necessity of education and training as well as information sharing by & to staff, patient and caretakers. Talk about the “necessity of having the required number and quality of staff for the therapy procedure.
